4. Data Retention

Data will be retained in accordance with GDPR regulations. Users can request data deletion in compliance with the "Right to be Forgotten" by contacting us.

5. User Obligations

Creators using 🌸 are responsible for the content they generate and must ensure they have appropriate permissions for any copyrighted text.

6. Intellectual Property

The generated text belongs to the user but may contain elements that are proprietary to 🌸.

7. Liability & Indemnity

🌸 is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred through the use of our service, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Updates to Terms

🌸 reserves the right to update these terms. We will notify users in compliance with GDPR requirements of any changes.
